Summer Construction
During the quieter summer months, Facilities Management schedules some of its more intrusive work. The campus community can expect occasional delays and detours as a result. Below is a map of some of our planned work this season. Most initiatives are indentified at the beginning of the season, however, we continue to plan and finalize contracts for new work throughout the summer - project details will change. Construction Projects - Infrastructure Enhancements (Summer 2026)
Following approval, many projects can take a few weeks to line up for contracting. Timelines for the following infrastucture enhancement projects are fluid, influenced by adverse weather, material deliveries, and unforeseen factors which impact construction.
