2SLGBTQIA+ Supports
2SLGBTQIA+ (2-Spirited, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Transsexual, Queer, Questioning, Intersex, Asexual+) supports are available on-campus and within the London community. The following services and support groups can be support students with issues around coming out, family matters, isolation, dealing with queerphobia on campus, and other concerns.

Mental Health Appointments

Queer Connections - Group Care
Queer Connections is a 90-minute group bringing in relevant topics, discussion, and mutual support for students who identify as part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ (Two-Spirit, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, Asexual, and other diverse sexual orientations and gender identities) community.
Pride Library
The Mandate of the Pride Library is to acquire, preserve, organize, and give the public access to information and materials by and about lesbians, gay, bisexual, trans and queer communities (LGBTQ). Find the Pride Library in the D.B. Weldon Library.

The Queer Caucus was founded in 2007 as a group for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, transsexual, two-spirited, questioning, and queer faculty and graduate students and their allies, as well as for people engaged in various forms of queer academic work.
Gender, Sexuality & Women鈥檚 Studies (GSWS)
An academic department located in both the Faculty of Arts and Humanities and the Faculty of Social Sciences, GSWS offers courses on gender and sexuality and administers the intrafaculty Sexuality Studies major.
Peer Support Centre
The Peer Support Centre is a safe space on campus that provides non-judgemental, non-professional, confidential support from trained peers. Through fostering an inclusive and accessible environment for all students, the centre can provide a listening ear, resources, and supports.
PrideUSC
PrideUSC is a USC-funded advocacy group and support service at Western, leading with an anti-racist, decolonial lens for 2SLGBTQIA+ liberation. We are fully student-run and committed to fighting for the rights of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community both at Western and in the surrounding London area.

Sexual health services and education, with referrals to LGBT2Q+ Network, approved social service providers. Youth, adult, and caregiver support groups are available to support 2SLGBTQIA+ communities.
