Connect with us over Live Chat – it’s fast, easy, and efficient – we can chat about many things but not everything, and in those situations please use our help portal.
Live Chat is for quick questions, help with understanding a policy or procedure, and general inquiries to Science Academic Advising.
Live Chat is NOT for approval of missed course work, asking about help portal response time, requesting a booked appointment, or in-depth advising appointments.
Live Chat is for students currently enrolled in any Science/BMSc undergraduate module, OR those wanting to switch into our Faculty. If you are enrolled in another Faculty, please reach out to them for advice.
