Senate & Board of Governors Elections Information Session

Interested to learn how you can run in the upcoming elections for Senate and the Board of Governors? The Secretariat is hosting an online Information Session on Thursday, January 8 from 12:30-1:30pm. Register through our online form by Tuesday, January 6.

Senate & Board of Governors Elections 

Nominations open at 12:00 a.m., Monday, Jan. 12 for Senate and the Board of Governors. 

Nominations will close at 11:59 p.m., Friday, Jan. 16 in the Undergraduate Student Constituency. 

Nominations will close at 11:59 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 23 in the Faculty, Administrative Staff, and Graduate Student Constituencies.

Call for Nominations: 成人大片 Awards for Excellence in Teaching 

The Senate Committee on University Teaching Awards is now accepting nominations for the 成人大片 Awards for Excellence in Teaching. Nominations must be submitted to teaching.awards@uwo.ca by January 15, 2026. 

In addition, nominations for the Vice-Provost's Awards for Excellence in Teaching may be submitted to ahitch2@uwo.ca by January 15, 2026.
