We're here to help. These support pathways are available for you to explore individually or together, in any order that feels right for you.
Access Supports
The Gender-Based Violence & Survivor Support Case Manager is there to connect survivors with resources and support, which does not result in a formal complaint. You can reach out via email at support@uwo.ca, or complete the self-referral form below.
Make a Formal Complaint
If you've experienced Gender-Based & Sexual Violence, a non-criminal complaint with the University can be filed. The survivor is not required to participate in an investigation, and may choose to submit this complaint anonymously.

Residence students:
- Seek out your residence staff member or contact the front desk who will send a staff member to you.
24/7 Health Care & Support
- (SADVTP)
Go to St. Joseph’s Hospital (Urgent Care) and request to speak to a SADVTP nurse. There is no cost to the patient. Contact them at 519-646-6100, ext. 64224, 268 Grosvenor Street, London, ON.

*For reports of sexual violence and domestic violence, WSCS will connect you with the local police service.
- File a Complaint of Gender-Based and Sexual Violence (involving a student)
Although Complaints may be made anonymously or by someone other than the Survivor, the University’s ability to respond may be limited by the information available or its ability to provide a fair process to the Respondent. In such cases, the University shall consider the information received.
